The Jacksonville Jaguars came to terms with three of their draft picks on Thursday.
Wide receiver Cecil Shorts (fourth round), safety Chris Prosinski (fourth round) and cornerback Rod Issac (fifth round) all signed with the Jaguars and will be eligible to participate throughout the rest of training camp.
Shorts, out of Mount Union, is expected to push for playing time as a slot receiver. Prosinski is a talented and versatile player from Wyoming who is expected to contribute as well because of his athleticism.
One rookie who has been rumored to be signing very soon is first-round selection, quarterback Blaine Gabbert.
