The Jacksonville Jaguars will head north to play the Buffalo Bills in their third preseason  contest. Look for lots of starter to play a good portion of the game. Here are the basics of tomorrow's game and some players to keep an eye on.

Who: Jaguars face the Bills
Where: Buffalo (Orchard Park, New York… Ralph Wilson Stadium)
When: Saturday, 7 p.m.
Watch: CBS
Injuries (Not Expected to Play): Running back Maurice Jones-Drew, defensive end Aaron Kampman, running back Rashad Jennings, right tackle Ebon Britton and tight end Zach Miller are again expected to miss action this week. Defensive end Jeremy Mincey will also miss the game too, as he is recovering from a concussion.

Five Guys to Watch: A list of some players who have an awful lot to prove tonight.
1.) David Garrard - Garrard is staying on this list until he proves that he's worthy of starting for the Jaguars. Showing consistency through the game on Saturday and composing a few touchdown drives would be nice. The bottom line is that the starting job won't be handed to him.
2.) Cecil Shorts- The rookie wide out looked pretty good against the Atlanta Falcons aside from an early fumble. A lot of people though he'd do damage as a slot receiver this season but if he could push for a starting job if he continues to perform well this preseason.
3.) Derek Cox- It's been a pretty good preseason for the cornerback. He seems a lot more confident and has done a nice job shutting down his side of the field. Let's see if the third-year prop can keep it up.
4.) Mike Thomas- Thomas is expected to be the No.1 target for the Jaguars but he needs to pick things up some. He's been under whelming this preseason and has been outperformed by Shorts and Jason Hill. Thomas needs to get going soon.
5. Guy Whimper- The right tackle has been awful filling in for the injured Britton. I know he's supposed to be a backup, but he doesn't look like an NFL player. Guy has to get it together or he could get the ax.
Check back to Jaguars 101 tomorrow. We will have a live game log during the contest as always.
