The Jacksonville Jaguars will welcome back their top offensive player and arguably their most important defensive players this Thursday as running back Maurice Jones-Drew and defensive end Aaron Kampman are slated to make their preseason debut against the St. Louis Rams.
"We'll play Kampman and Mojo and everybody that we feel is healthy enough" JDR on the preseason finale.
Jones-Drew and Kampman both had their 2010 seasons cut short due to injuries. Jones-Drew missed the final two games of the season with a persistent meniscus tear while Kampman tore his ACL earlier in the year.
Neither has played in any preseason games, so Thursday's contest will serve as a tune up before the regular-season opener next Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.
Having each player back should provide a big spark for the Jaguars as Jacksonville's run-game has been fairly mundane this preseason and the team has not registered a sack in three games.
