The Jacksonville Jaguars fell to the Houston Texans 24-14. You all know the deal by now. Let's get this thing started.

The Good

Clint Session should get an award for showing heart on that sack. After being cut on a block by the running back, he got back up, sacked and stripped Matt Schaub and caught a lateral to get the ball inside of the 10 yard line. That was awesome

Derek Cox has had another good game in coverage, even following Jacoby Jones down the field on a deep pass. Rashean Mathis deserves an honorable mention today.

Although the offense will get a tongue lashing later, the red zone offense improved. They got touchdowns as opposed to just settling for field goals. Build on that trend.

The Bad

Deji Karim not only had an unspectacular game on the ground, he made some serious errors on kick returns. You have to kneel in the endzone, man. The main reason the offense was so stagnant was because they kept starting at the 15.

Guy Whimper got abused again for a critical sack by Brooks Reed.If Eben Britton isn't healthy by the next game, just put Cameron Bradfield at RT. He has upside and he's more likely tyo stay with this team in the long term.

The Ugly

The Jaguars passing offense looked as horrible as ever. They couldn't move the ball if they tried.Gabbert would throw behind his receivers, some receivers would have the ball hit their hands and drop it. Blaine Gabbert is going to need some help here, guys. He can't do it alone. I suggest that you guys use this bye week to work on your hands and build up some chemistry with Gabbert. As for Gabbert, work on your feet, your pocket presence and pretty much everything else because the defense isn't going to save you every time. Any hope of salvaging this season rests with you. If the offense becomes productive, this season could turn around very quickly.
