The poor get poorer as the Jacksonville Jaguars (3-7) placed starting linebacker Clint Session on Injured Reserve on Tuesday.
Session suffered a concussion in this Sunday's loss to the Cleveland Browns and had battled with hand and elbow injures this year. The Jaguars signed Session this offseason to be part of a rejuvenated defense. While he played well when given a chance, Session proved to be too injury prone this season to make a significant impact.
The Jaguars, according to the Associated Press, added Kevin Bentley to soften the loss of Session. Bentley is a 10-year veteran and has 233 career tackles. He played for Houston the past three seasons.
