Gene Smith seems to have an affinity for Ohio wide receivers as he claimed Taylor Price off of waivers. A third round draft pick in the 2010 NFL Draft, Taylor Price flashed talent with the New England Patriots, but for some reason, success never materialized. He most notably destroyed the Jacksonville Jaguars in August, catching 5 passes for 105 yards as the Jaguars were blown out by the Patriots in the first game of the preseason.
Taylor Price provides depth for an injured, yet still lacking receiving corps. Could he turn into the next waiver wire signing that makes a significant contribution? Yes. Am I rubbing my hands together like Urban Meyer when he gets a coaching job offer from Ohio State? No.

I would like to add Blaine Gabbert flatout dropping the football and batting it on that scramble to the bad. Also it seems Guy “Whiffer” is a good nickname as he makes guys whiff on tackles too.
