As the Jaguars fill out the coaching staff, they have finally come to terms with a running backs coach in Sylvester Croom. While I'm not exactly happy about Earnest Byner not coming back, Croom has an impressive resumè. He coached Natrone Means during his time with the San Diego Chargers, He coached Barry Sanders when he ran for over 2,000 yards in 1997, and he coached Ahman Green  when he ran for over 1800 yards in 2003. I could also briing up Steven Jackson, but my point is already well made. Needless to say, Maurice Jones-Drew will be in good hands.
