The Jacksonville Jaguars have also decided to sign a couple of assistant coaches. Josh Hingst, who will be taking the role of a Strength and Conditioning Assistant, was the strength and conditioning coach at the University of Nebraska for the past three seasons and he served the same role in 2008 with the Atlanta Falcons, explains his connection to Mularkey. Charlie Skalaski, who will be an offensive assistant, was a wide receivers and tight ends coach at Liberty University (Which is the alma mater of RB Rashad Jennings). Skalaski brings 9 years of receiver coaching experience to the staff. Another thing to consider is that some people have said that Rashad Jennings has some of the best hands on the team.
