Charlie Skalaski, who will be an offensive assistant, was a wide receivers and tight ends coach at Liberty University (Which is the alma mater of RB Rashad Jennings). Skalaski brings 9 years of receiver coaching experience to the staff. Another thing to consider is that some people have said that Rashad Jennings has some of the best hands on the team.
