- The Jaguars' offseason conditioning program starts next week.
- Today was the start of the NFL's annual meeting between the owners. Among the issues are allowing players to return from IR and to add a roster spot for concussed players, both of which were relevant to the Jacksonville Jaguars due to the wave of injuries that hit the roster in 2011. For example, Rashad Jennings sustained a knee injury at the end of training camp. While the injury itself was not really serious(it required about two months to heal),the front office decided to place him on IR, since it would've held up an important roster spot. A type of disabled list (like in baseball) would be a great addition for a physical sport like football.
