- Temple OLB Tahir Whitehead has visited with the Jacksonville Jaguars .He is a late round prospect that was All-MAC Second Team in 2011. He had a team high 12 tackles for loss as well as 5 sacks and 4 forced fumbles. He seems to be a scrappy. high motor player that can probably find a way to stick on a team by being a great special teamer. By the way, he doesn't seem to be related to former Jaguars safety Terrell Whitehead.

- The full regular season schedule should be out next week (Probably next Tuesday, to be more specific). The Jaguars are set to play against the NFC North and the AFC East this year, so they will be playing against the likes of the Green Bay Packers, the Detroit Lions, and the New England Patriots. For those who don't understand the Aaron Ross signing, THAT is why.

-  DE Austen Lane tore his Labrum in training camp and played with it until the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, when he reaggravated the injury. It certainly explains that decline from the first week of training camp where he was basically tossing people around to the guy who was barely noticeable on the football field in September. He had his arm repaired by Dr. James Andrews, who specializes in fixing shoulders.
