Former Bills and Ravens receiver Lee Evans has agreed to sign a one-year deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday. Evans is an 8-year veteran that has functioned as a deep threat throughout his career. He will be signed to a one year deal that probably includes a bunch of incentives . This signing makes a bunch of sense because Evans is familiar with Mike Mularkey's offensive scheme from his days in Buffalo and this team could always use more speed on offense.Tags: Football, Jacksonville, Jacksonville Jaguars, NFL
