Loading ...Well, the Jaguars decided to foprtify their special teams unit with the addition of California punter Bryan Anger. He is the highest drafted punter since Todd Sauerbrun in 1995. While the pick is surprising, upon further inspection this pick does make sense. The Jaguars were ranked 31st in the league in net punting average and with Nick Harris getting older, they needed to add someone with a leg. with all of that said, Gene smith better hope that he becomes a Pro Bowl player or this pick could be the first nail in his coffin.
