Finally, some positive news. The Jaguars have signed their 2012 7th round pick defensive tackle Jeris Pendleton to a contract. The 6'2, 328 lb. defensive lineman was a product of Ashland University. He is 28 years old, making him the oldest Jaguar selected in this years draft. Known primarily as a run stuffer, Pendleton will compete for a backup role behind Tyson Alualu, and Terrance Knighton.
Jaguars that remained unsigned as of now are, Justin Blackmon, Bryan Anger, and Brandon Marshall.
