Jaguars WR Justin Blackmon is on his way back to Jacksonville after his first court hearing was at 1:30 pm today.

• According to Vito Stellino of the Florida Times-Union, Blackmon plead not guilty to charges of DUI against him.

Blackmon pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor aggravated DUI. Hearing set for July 24 at 10:30 am, three days before 1st training camp practice

• Vito also says he is unlikely to serve any jail time.

More details are surfacing, but it looks like the wide receiver is headed to a court date just a few days before the teams official training camp begins. One has to wonder how his focus will be going into that camp, and into September for the regular season.
