- The biggest story of the day for the Jacksonville Jaguars was the fact that Maurice Jones-Drew was not at practice today, citing contract disputes as the reason.

- Jaguars DE Aaron Morgan and OG Jason Spitz got into a bit of a scuffle during practice.

- P Bryan Anger and WR Justin Blackmon were both complimented by Mularkey for standing out in mini-camp. That is a very good sign for Blackmon, who put himself in a very bad position after getting busted on a DUI charge last week

- The Jaguars also spent a part fo their morning practice at the nearby Veterans Memorial Arena due to the inclement weather.
