- The Jacksonville Jaguars placed six players on the PUP (Physically Unable to Perform) List: John Chick, Zach Miller, Clint Session, Uche Nwaneri,  Cameron Bradfield, and Terrance Knighton. Most of the players are on the list for precautionary reasons such as with Knighton's eye and Clint Session's head, which is still experiencing concussion-like symptoms, but I wouldn't expect an extended stay for any of them.

- 1,207 people attended the Jaguars' first public practice this afternoon while enduring heat that was hovering around triple digits.

- QB Blaine Gabbert was quite accurate today, especially on a deep pass to WR Kevin Elliott, who ran by CB Kevin Rutland.. QB Chad Henne didn't realy look good at all. Some have even said that 4th string QB Nathan Enderle looked more impressive than him. His passes were often off-target, forcing the receivers to adjust themselves in order to catch the ball. That leads into the next note.

- Most of the receivers were suffering from  the dropsies today. Some were legitimate drops that bounced off of their hands, but a large amount of them were due to poor throws. Still, they all still have some work to do before they are ready to face the rest of the league.
